Refund and Returns Policy

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products once the order is confirmed and processed.

Damaged or Broken Items

  • Concrete and POP items that are damaged during delivery are eligible for replacement.
  • Damage must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging are required as proof.
  • Claims after 6 hours will not be accepted.
  • Half of the delivery charges must be paid by the customer for the replacement item.

Replacement Policy

Only damaged items will be replaced. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery is available only on advance payments for orders with a minimum value of 2500.
  • Delivery charges for Karachi are Rs.250, and for other cities, Rs.350 for up to 3 kg packages. Heavy parcels will be charged accordingly.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many of our items are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after confirmation and required advance payment (if applicable).

Delays in Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production or dispatch has started.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for handling items carefully after delivery. We are not liable for damages caused after successful delivery.
